Parcel Delivery (purchase items)
Choice of Freight: We normally use Fastway Couriers.
Freight & Handling Fee: Delivery fee charged on purchase orders delivered by post or courier is from $15.00. If it is more expensive or we are short of a product, we will not send until we contact you to confirm that you still wish to proceed.
Parcel Delivery Time : Brisbane metropolitan area is normally 1 - 2 days if we have all items in stock and depending on the time of day order is received. Other areas around Australia will depend on area code; please request an estimate. West Australian customers should allow 10 working days from time of despatch of goods. Please allow 2 - 5days to despatch your order if possible
Authority to Leave Unattended: This is the most convenient method. If you are unsure of being at the delivery address to sign for the delivery, you can provide us with "Authority to Leave Goods Unattended" by simply stating a safe place to leave the goods. Please note that with this method we will only replace
orders providing the order is proved lost in
transit by our delivery company.
No Authority to Leave Unattended: This is the most secure method. The delivery driver will attempt to deliver your goods and request a signature. If no one is available to sign, he will leave a card to inform how you can arrange to have the parcel redelivered a second time without extra cost to the same place or to another address such as work or a friend. If no information is provided as to where to leave, we will use this method.
Tracking: When your parcel is sent, we will send you an email to let you know and also include a tracking number so you inquire as to its whereabouts.
Payment: We do not process your credit card payment until we are about to send the parcel. If we are short of a product, we will not process payment or send
until we contact you to confirm that you still wish to proceed.
Returns: If unsuitable or not required or arrives late by courier or post, items can be returned if in good condition, in original undamaged packaging and within 14 days. All cost of freight will need to be paid by customer. If we have made an error, we will do our utmost to correct the matter.
Delivery of Hire Items - with or without purchase items
Freight: Prices do not include freight; Please ask our staff for a quotation.
Deposits: On some hire items a booking deposit is required which is forfeited if the item is cancelled..
Booking deposits are sometimes converted to security deposits when goods are actually on hire. The deposit only covers cost of damage or replacement to the value of the deposit, the customer paying the balance.
Drivers do not refund security deposits when picking up goods. This is the responsibility of office staff who may, if necessary, send the deposit back by mail within approximately 7-14 days. This allows time to check goods and for any cheques to be cleared.
The deposit is GST FREE. Therefore, a business should not claim an input tax credit on the deposit unless forfeited, and only on that portion forfeited.
Cleanliness: All items are hygienically clean and ready for use. All items except linen (which must be aired to prevent mildew) must be returned clean or an extra charge will be levied for cleaning.
PRICES: All prices are subject to change without notice prior to booking. Prices include GST.
Responsibility: The customer is responsible for goods while on hire. Goods lost or stolen will be charged for at retail cost. Customer will be charged extra for goods returned late, damaged, or dirty (except linen which must be aired).
SIZES: All sizes quoted are approximate only.
Cancellation Policy: Hire orders cancelled whilst being delivered will incur a fee commensurate with the cost incurred by us.
Terms: Unless you have an account with us, payment is required prior or on receipt of goods.
Credit Cards: Most credit cards accepted. There is no credit card fee on credit cards except 3% on American Express & Diners Cards.
